1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• Accounts can be created via Google Sign-In or traditional email/password registration using Firebase Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be compromised or used in violation of these terms.

3. Usage

• You may create forms, collect responses, and manage your data using our platform.
• Response data and form metadata are securely stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Exports can be generated in spreadsheet (CSV, XLSX) and PDF formats using integrated tools like Tabulator, SheetJS, and jsPDF.
• You agree not to use this platform to collect harmful, illegal, or unethical data (e.g., phishing, hate speech, malware links, or personal data without consent).
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules or applicable laws.

4. Data Ownership

All form data and responses belong to the form creator. CMA Forms only facilitates secure storage, management, and export of this data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable data protection laws.

5. Service Availability

CMA Forms is a passion-driven platform built with care to support your form creation and data needs. While we aim to provide a reliable and smooth experience, occasional downtimes, updates, or technical issues may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen bugs.
We are constantly working to enhance stability and performance, and we truly value your patience and feedback as we grow. If you experience any problems or have suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out: we’ll do our best to help you as quickly and effectively as possible.
We also recommend regularly exporting your data as a best practice to ensure you always have access, even in the rare case of service interruptions.

6. Termination

You may delete your account or request data deletion at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

CMA Forms is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, technical issues, or misuse by third parties. Use the service at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates implies agreement with the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via the website or email.
