Welcome to CMA Forms (forms.thecma.xyz), a student-built form builder focused on privacy, flexibility, and advanced data handling. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• Accounts can be created via Google Sign-In or traditional email/password registration using Firebase Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Usage

• You may create forms, collect responses, visualize data with charts, and export or delete your data.
• Response data and form metadata are securely stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Exports can be generated in spreadsheet (XLSX) and PDF formats using integrated tools like SheetJS and jsPDF.
• You agree not to use this platform to collect harmful, illegal, or unethical data (e.g., phishing, hate speech, malware links).
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data Ownership

All form data and responses belong to the form creator. CMA Forms only facilitates secure storage, visualization, and export of this data on your behalf.

5. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime, but as a student-built project, this platform is not guaranteed for enterprise-grade reliability. Outages or bugs may occur.

6. Termination

You may delete your account or request data deletion by contacting us. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, technical issues, or misuse by third parties. Use the service at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates implies agreement with the new terms.
